CANCELATION POLICY

If, for any reason a confirmation is cancelled 7 days or more prior to the check-in date, the guest will have a credit equivalent
to the deposit to use for the six month period following the original reservation dates.

If, for any reason a confirmation is cancelled 7 days or less prior to the check-in date, the deposit will not be refunded.

Please note that in the event of premature departure the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed, will be
charged in full.

CANCELATION POLICY HIGH SEASON (Carnival and New Year´s Packages)

Cancellations made more than 1 month prior to arrival: The guest will have a credit equivalent to the deposit to use for
the six month period following the original reservation dates.

Cancellations made less than 1 month prior to arrival: No refund will be made on the prepaid total.

NO SHOW

No show is considered when the guest does not arrive on the expected arrival day.  
The room will be held until 11am the following morning at which time the reservation will be cancelled if no contact has
been made by the guest.
